What i have done multiple time. I choose, 1 year, pay for it, it unlock all the feature but a week or so after, when i repopen it sudently, its like im not anymore a premium subscriber. I have done a reset via app and feature, hard reset etc, to no avail. Right now, i have paid 4 or 5 time the annual subscription for that game. My microsoft account is linked on *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but could you answer on my primary adresse: micheline,*** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

We suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Mahjong.

To uninstall Microsoft Mahjong, please follow the steps below:

• On the Start menu, select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, and then select Uninstall.
• Follow the directions on the screen.

You can use this link to install Microsoft Mahjong. On the Microsoft Mahjong page in the Store, select
Get the game (online) or Install (in the Store app). The game will download and install automatically.
