MS365 Personal- cannot find product key

Switching from MS 365 to MS 365 Personal

I purchased MS 365 on July 19 2020, but just discovered it has not downloaded to my laptop (Still running Win 10). Is it possible to switch to MS 365 Personal, which is better suited for my needs?

 

Help installing Office 365 from a purchased product key on a laptop running Windows 10 in S mode

I purchased a new laptop running Windows 10 in S mode. I purchased a product key and tried to install Office 365 personal on it and continue to get an error code 0xc0e90002. It says it's not designated to run in Windows. Do I need to get rid of S mode
in order to be able to install? When I got the Windows Store there's only an option to purchase from there. Not an option to enter my already purchased product key. I don't want to have to pay for it again.
