Hi, I recently downloaded games and when I access anything internet related I get this message. For your information, I have strong internet and a copy of Windows 11, and I play on my laptop. Please help me solve the problem.

Recent items not showing in quick access or start list


Hi there,

I've only just upgraded to windows 10, so still getting to grips. I have the recent items option enabled in both the quick access panel and jump lists, but they're appearing in neither. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

I would suggest you try the On screen keyboard

Click on the ease of access icon and then select On screen Keyboard.

If you are able to login using the on screen keyboard. You need to update your drivers in the Device Manager.

Follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows key + R key to open run command. Type "devmgmt.msc" and click enter.
  
• 
  Expand Keyboard.
  
• 
  Right-click on the Keyboard and select properties.
  
• 
  Go to the Driver Tab and click update.
  
• Restart the computer and check.

Internet Downloads

Thanks all for the useful suggestions, i certainly can understand the idea of refreshing downloads. I wish Firefox had that little button lol. Now i'll try and download Warrock (a great FREE game) with download manager though (annoyingly) firefox is now downloading without buggering up!
I just did a few spyware scans which though didn't stop the probs it probably did stop all thoses bloody programs from using the internet and slowing it down.
