    Yeah; those particular WD NVMe drives are 2 generations old. Succeeded by the SN 750 and the brand new SN 850.

    I'd guess the board isn't a new model either, but didn't check.

    Drive compatibility lists are rarely updated.

    I'd assume any M key NVMe would work.

    I order the disc they work perfect. Try doing the exceptions that ubuntu suggests like for older computers.
