Hi, I recently just bought the HP laptop 15 Windows and i lost sound from my laptop and cant get it back. Please assist me. I tried going to Device Manager but there is no Audio/Sound when i expand the labels.

Hi sir, When i first bought the laptop it was a windows vista in 2008 . I mostly used IE to do all the browsing , once i installed google chrome browser that's when i first lost my sound on the laptop.

I recently installed new SSD harddrive and upgraded to windows 7 .I bought a new windows 7 installation cd from ebay . the sound was back for only about few hours . hope if you can figure out something out of this .Inform me if i should run the disc again
