Windows 10: Hi! I want my Forza horizon 5 premium on the extern harddrive. But i get the error code...

Hi! I have just installed the FH5 Premium version, but can't play it! I press play, but the game does not start. Im wondering if moving the game to a extern harddrive is better, because i have very limited disc space on my PC. But when i try, i get the error code 0x80073d13. What can I do?I downloaded FH4 on the harddrive when i had Windows 10. Can the new Windows 11 have messed something up?

• Which build of Windows 10 is installed on the machine?
  
  (Search winver from the Start menu to know the same)
  

According to the error code FH601, some
Windows Media components are missing, and your version of Windows 10 is missing the necessary media .dlls to install Forza Horizon 4. Refer the article

Error FH601 occurs when launching Forza Horizon to know more about the same.



The media feature pack you’ve downloaded is for the Windows 10 1703 (15063) build. If you’re on a different Windows 10 build than 1703 (15063), I suggest you to download the media feature pack for the same and check if it works.
