I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

As per your query, I suggest you to try logging to your computer through safe mode and run network troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Start the computer in Safe mode.

• Press and hold Shift key and Restart your Computer.

  Select Troubleshoot.

  Select Advance Option.
  
• 
  Select Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Follow the on Screen instruction.
  

Step 2: Perform Network Troubleshooter.

• 1) Press Windows key + x key and select

Giving a Computer Internet from Another Computer

One of my computer has internet via wireless, and the other does not.

Computer A: Windows Server 2003, connected via wireless
Computer B: Windows Server 2003, no internet (this is the computer I want to give internet!)

I want to give computer B internet from computer A by connecting them via Ethernet, and bridging the connection. I did this, and it did not work. Any thoughts?
