Gaming and Random Crashes.


Hi,

After some research and failing to find any solution i`ve decided to find help, have a gaming laptop (don`t judge me) and it used to work pretty well, until the latest Witcher expansion, i would be gettting a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION everytime i tried to start the game, some driver updates later and now i`m randomly getting the same BSOD so far i've tried.

• Updating GPU Driver.
• DDU the Drivers and do a clean install.
• running sfc/scannow

Unfortunately my internet time is limited and i couldn`t find any more steps.

Any help would be appreciatted, and sorry for the bad english.

To have a better clarity on the issue and to analyze the root cause of the issue, kindly help us with the following details:

• What is the make and model of your machine?
  
• What is the model number of your Jetion mouse, and how is the mouse connected?
  
• Which Windows 10 build is installed on the machine?
  
  (Search winver from the Start menu to know the same)
  

If you’re using a wired mouse, you may want to connect it to a different port and check if it works. If the issue persists on different USB ports, try connecting it to a different PC and see if the issue persists.



If it works fine on another PC, you may want to try the methods listed below to see if it works.



Method 1

Remove the device and re-add:

• Unplug the mouse from the PC.
  
• Open Settings and navigate to
  Devices. Remove the device from there.
  
• Reboot the machine and reconnect the mouse to see if it works.
  

Method 2

Update mouse drivers:

• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand Mice and other pointing devices, locate you’re your mouse and right click on the same.
  
• Choose Update Driver and wait for the update to go through.
  
• If it returns the message that says the drivers are up-to-date, download the latest drivers from Jetion.
  

Method 3

Install your motherboard's latest chipset drivers:

• Visit your computer manufacturer's support website. For a list of computer manufacturers' support sites, see
  
  Computer manufacturers' contact information.
• Navigate their website to find the appropriate drivers for your motherboard. For assistance, contact your computer manufacturer.

Windows 10 mouse scroll wheel issue
