    HiFor my Organization , which is Microsoft Learning partner i am asking this question. We would like to know more about KPI. Score Bench mark that a silver partner should achieve. Classifications on KPI. we are using courseware market; so how it matters KPI.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Why im not able to screenrecord for more than 5 minutes by snipping tool, even when i have...: Whenever im starting the screen recording, it's stopping by itself within 5 minutes and when i go in saved folder, there's nothing saved. the latop storage isn't the issue either, please let me know why it's happening....
