1. Do you get bluescreen errors randomly or while performing any specific actions such as playing a game or running any particular application?
   
2. Do you see any error code along with the message “DRIVERS POWER STATE FAILURE”?
   
3. Are there any external devices connected to your computer?
   

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.

Hi I recently bought a pc and I am getting crashes in Windows 11

Hi thanks for the answer but the error is still persist and when it crashes there is a bluescreen and error code is DCP_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION after that pc restarts automatically. In step 5 I couldn't find how to do it and in step 8 the driver verifier is for windows 10 but I have windows 11. Other than these I did everything you wrote.
