I’m trying to log in after update. But keyboard letters are not working so I cannot type the password. On screen keyboard also the same letter keys are not working. Numbers are working

Computer keyboard letters not working.

My computer monitor and GEFORCE RTX driver was unplugged without properly shutting down. With a solid blue screen with white letters, the computer is in "BitLocker recovery" mode when I attempt to start it. It's asking me "enter the recovery key for this drive". My keyboard letters do not work, only the numbers do. Any suggestions?

 

Both physical keyboard and On Screen Keyboard not typing the letter J

Hi,

My desktop is running Windows 10 with the latest updates. I am facing a strange issue since last 2 months. The letter "J" is not displaying on screen when I tap the letter "J" on the keyboard. Strangely, I am not able to type the letter "J" even with the
on-screen keyboard. All other keys work fine on both the physical keyboard and On-Screen keyboard.
