Windows 10: Hi, is there any way I could delete an inactive microsoft account from my PC linked evice?

I deleted my outlook microsoft account more than 2 months ago so it does not exist anymore, but it is still connected to my PC if I can remember I tried to replace that account with the new one on the PC but the current situation tells that new one was only added but was not replaced with the old one which has been terminated inactive.Is it now possible to delete the old inactive account which is run as an administrator but not accessible because it does not exist anymore?I do not want to set up a new administrator by going to setting up a new account from other users and setting up th

It's quite easy in fact, simply switch the account in question first to a local account, then switch back to a Microsoft account, this time using your wife's MS account credentials.
