Hi, I've been experiencing a weird problem with my Vostro 15-3568, 64-bit system. My laptop will not connect WiFi, if it is more than one meter distance. When I check Dell Technologies diagnosis, it says “Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11ac Wireless Adapter Wireless Network Card. FAILURE” I don't know what will work, I've tried looking at other posts with the same problems but none of them seem to be with my laptop. I've had this since January of this year, and I would appreciate any help in dealing with this. thanks for any help.

my qualcomm atheros qca9377 wireless network adapter is cannot be detected what should I do? When I am plug the cable, is connected properly but it cannot detect the wireless. I already update the adapter to the new one it still will happen. I also have
done the network reset but is still not working. Is that my wireless card problem or is other issue that will make this consequences

I have carried out the process that you have described, however I carry this process out on a weekly basis as the fault comes up that the
Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless adapter is not recognised.

I have updated the Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless adapter (microsoft)

Is there anything else that I should be updating?
