Windows 10: Hi Microsoft my store isn't downloaing some apps

    Hi Microsoft my store isn't downloaing some apps


    My store isnt downloading some apps i want to play Minecraft and it wont download the launcher it just shows retry then I tried from the website there it said something went wrong but i could download roblox asphalt and some other apps but i couldn't download instagram so I guess some apps cant be able to download pls help and the previous person i asked isn't replying i waited for long time i need a solution badlyyy please

    Printer isn´t working after latest update.

    After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
    3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

    Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

    • Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
    • Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
    • Click Reset button and retest.

    Update us with the outcome so we can provide you further assistance.
