    Hi Microsoft.

So I have been running into problems with my computer. It's been a month since this started, I didn't mind it but it's just annoying now. So my issue is my driver disc D:. It hasn't been working for a month now, at my pc doesn't show any GB store or usage, and when I click it, the my pc just crashes and gives me a blank taskbar. Then after a few seconds it just makes my whole screen blank. I tried using chkdsk but I don't apparently have access to it, now I have no idea what to do. Thank you.

    :)
