I have no idea about who Sue is but she is now the "family organizer" of my daughter's account; I was suggested from the Microsoft live chat to disconnect my daughter's account from Sue but I cannot do this as the only option appearing when clicking the 3 dots is about a change of picture. Could you please disconnect my daughter's account from this mysterious "Sue" and put it back under my control as it was originally set-up? This has taken over from my other email address and I may have sent emails to engage windows instead of my personal email address, because engage windows has suddenly appeared at the top of my address list.
