Hi, my daughter's account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is for unknown reasons managed by a certain "Sue" who is now showing up as family organizer. How can I remove "Sue"?

I have no idea about who Sue is but she is now the "family organizer" of my daughter's account; I was suggested from the Microsoft live chat to disconnect my daughter's account from Sue but I cannot do this as the only option appearing when clicking the 3 dots is about a change of picture. Could you please disconnect my daughter's account from this mysterious "Sue" and put it back under my control as it was originally set-up? My email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

You may want to try removing the account from Microsoft Family and then re-add it. To remove the account, refer the article on Remove
members from your family group. Once the account is removed, refer the article on Add members
to your family group.
