    Hi my hp pro book is having this issue


    Following a Clean re install of WIN10, I am unable to access the UEFI settings via the usual path of Settings> Update & Security> Recovery > Restart Now under Advanced Setup> Troubleshoot> Advanced Options> UEFI Firmware Settings> Restart.When I try, the above, the PC screen goes blank, the fans stay on but nothing happens. To get the PC working I need to press the PC's power button for a few seconds to turn it off then press it again to restart the PC. Then the PC the restarts WIN10 normally, taking me to the regular home screen.I've also tried other solutions

    F1 sys info, F2 diagnostics, f9 boot mgr, F10 bios setup, last F9 was usb flash drive boot attempt(no boot device found) F11 does nothing
