My laptop wont let me access windows security saying your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this apps

It's possible that you're not using an elevated command prompt, causing the Access Denied error. We suggest following these steps to properly disable the built-in administrator account:

• Right-click the Start button.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste net user Administrator /active:no and press
  Enter. If the command isn't successful, please post a screenshot so that we can study it further.

Let us know if you're able to hide the administrator account after following these steps.

I did a Win 11 Recovery but now it's saying pages are limited by IT

I'm pretty familiar with Windows having started with 95. I did a Win 11 recovery on this laptop and all went well. Now when I try to do a Quick Scan with Defender, and I'm finding other places I usually access, it says access is limited by an IT? When I go to Accounts I'm listed as Administrator. I've used suggestions of various ways to change this but it seems the Windows still wants to limit my access to things like Quick Scan and even Virus Protection is not showing or allowed? Any help would be appreciated. Jack ":-\\
