Windows 10: Hi, my laptop's screen started flashing purple and green and i have no idea why how to fix it

So my laptop started flickering Purple and Green while i was playing an online video game, i dont know what wrong with it. My laptopis a Dell laptop Windows 11 pro and ive tried installing the older display drive and it hasnt worked

Green flashing screen on startup

I've been running Windows 10 on my laptop for a few weeks. Tonight I started getting a critical error when using the Start button. I did some readin and found a couple of posts which suggested selecting the safe boot option from msconfig.The laptop shut
down to restart, but when it got to the sign-in screen it started flashing between a plain green screen and a black screen with the circle of dots animation. It flashes about 2 or 3 times a second, although sometimes a little slower. I can turn it off with
the power button, but it does the same if turned on again. Usually it doesn't get to the sign-in screen, but if it does it is visible for less than a second before the flashing starts again.

Any suggestions?

Hi my screen is showing green with tints of purple what do I, this morning it was fine but now when I got on again it jsut turned purple then green. I didn't drop my pc recently or spill anything on it or put pressure on it. So yea I really need help.
