Anytime I try to turn it on it says “: your device ran into some problems and needs to restart”. It then restarts, runs auto repairs, and bit locker comes up. Going further past diagnosis, It says the error code is 0xc0000225. I have tried every fix I could find and nothing works. I have no external usb stick or hard drive I’ve tried several command fixes mostly from this video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=U6Zix_XbEZs&pp=ygUJIzIyNWZpbGVz but also all factory reset commands end in “is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file”An
