    Hi, Four days ago my laptop was experiencing a blue screen it said that your device can't start properly and troubleshooting can't help it, and even I can't enter windows, and my laptop is completely unusable because all the ways provided in the troubleshoot option on the blue screen didn't work. So, I decided to reinstall windows as the OS of my device, but the installation has been done by the store where I bought my laptop Lenovo Ideapad slim 3 three days ago. After that, my permanent Windows Windows 11 Home Single Language has changed to non-permanent Windows 11 Professional Edition

    Hi, you would need to describe exactly what you have done step by step as the possibilities in your minimal description are many. We don't even know for sure exactly where your original disk is or what method you have used, so no point suggesting data recovery methods yet.     Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
