Windows 10: Hi my windows update page won't load in settings

so i tried basically everything now based on the guides around here but my windows update page simply won't load in settings.i've tried the troubleshooter, and he just gets stuck on loading too, and also some commands in the control prompt. i dont know what i'm missing and i just wanna get this fixed

Store Settings "Update apps automatically" won`t stay switched off. WHY?

The possible reason why Update apps automatically turn back on is that the Store app is running in the background. We suggest that you turn off the Store app. This way, it won't receive any updates or send notifications unless opened or turned on
manually.

To turn off Store app, follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo, then go to Settings.
• Click Privacy, then Background apps.
  
• On the list, locate Store and toggle it off.

Chrome won't open any page [Solved]

I started my laptop and found out that chrome did not load any page for some reason, not even settings pages.
I've tried re-installing chrome, and disabling comodo firewall, it does not help.
Anyone having suggestions how to fix this?
