    I have a problem with my wireless microsoft mouse 3500

    The light keeps shining in red even after replacing the battery with a new one and I did use it with many other devices and the light is still red ( the mouse model : microsoft wireless mouse 3500)

    Can anyone suggest a solution for me ?

    no but the steady red has gone but it doesn't word

    the mouse working correctly without problems

    i plug the wireless receiver the mouse working but the keyboard don't
