Windows 10: Hi, please I need help... Some of my keyboard keys are not working in my windows 11 pro......

How can I get my keyboard working because after charging trying to insert my login pin only to find out some of the keys in the Keyboard are not responding at all... So I used the on-screen to get in on trying to know how to sort it out, I ended up uninstalling my keyboard drive...How can I get this working DIY and possibly re install the drive for the keyboard

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
