Windows 10: Hi ! Seems like I have a problem with Windows, in Windowed mode

Firstly, hi everyone, and sorry for my wobbly English

I have a problem with my computer, when I decide to enlarge the Widowed apps, some weird bugs appear. At first glance it seems like the graphics card has a problem, but I really can't tell. I managed to reduce the size of the app thanks to a shortcut and it worked fine, but you can tell that it's really anoying to use an app that has 1/4 of the size of your screen.
I sent here a screenshot of an app, but the problem seems to appear to any app that has the default windows borders.
I use TaskbarX and TClock but those apps are safe apparently, I also checked for drivers update but nothing seems to be working.
I'll keep investigating, in any ways, have a nice day, and thanks for any help !

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windowed mode (No border)?

Hi all,
What is the difference between fullscreen mode and borderless window mode? Both of them look like standard fullscreen mode. What is the point? Do games run better on borderless window mode? Why does this option exist at all in games?
