Windows 10: Hi! So for some reason, I can't sign in to my laptop with fingerprint and facial...

So far, what I've tried:- go on settings, go to apps, then additional options, then I deleted the facial recognition and reinstalled it, restart was already done.- go on device manager, uninstall my biometrics stuff and reinstall it automatically restarting- go on device manager, disable and enable my biometric devices- updated my biometric device- check power management settings and disable both usb root hubs, - restart services what should I do now?

Can I have fingerprint recognition and facial recognition simultaneously active as sign-in options?

I used to have fingerprint recognition on my laptop setup as a sign-in option. I then setup facial recognition as well. Now I can't sign-in using the fingerprint sensor. Is it possible to have both active? Sometimes one is more convenient than the other.

I tried to go to settings to turn fingerprint recognition on and it's listed as currently unavailable.

I'm using a Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 2.

I am unable to use fingerprint and facial recognition on my new hp laptop since it’s saying “currently unavailable”. I’ve tried online support as well and they told me to contact Microsoft. Can anyone help please.

We need to do further investigation on your concern so that we will know why the facial recognition quit working:

• Have you recently made any changes/updates prior to this issue?
• Is there an error message when you try to sign using facial recognition?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

In the meantime, I would suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps in this
