Windows 10: Hi Team, How do I get my internet connection back? Quite urgent as I’m using it for studies.

I’m using a Lenovo ideapad 5 14ALC05 with an AMD processor. I couldn’t connect to the internet today as my wifi icons had disappeared. I’ve tried several solution on the internet which led me to the Device Manager to check the network adapters. I also learned to unhide them and I realized it was faded. Forgive me for the poor quality of images. I saw in solution which said I should uninstall and try the network reset for it to be reinstalled. I did and it didn’t appear at all. I had to do a whole system reset for it to appeared again. I see the Bluetooth is also faded. The properties command o

Normally when you get this error, you should confirm first using teams on the web to see if there is nothing wrong with your account. Please use this link to do so. Checking your credentials..., also check your network connection.

After confirming that everything is fine from there, I would suggest you to clear your teams cache using this steps.

• Log out of teams
  

• Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
  
• Cut and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
  
• Delete the contents of the entire folder.
  
• Restart Microsoft Team
  
• Login again.
  

After that sign in first using your education account.
