Hi sumudu, having 1.5 Mbps of speed means you must have a good connection. Then the problem must not be with the connection. Sometimes antivirus software and windows defender firewall blocks remote servers of microsoft teams. Therefore you need to check if the microsoft teams has permission from your pc's antivirus software and firewall. Follow these steps for it.

1. Type windows firewall in the search bar and click the icon that has a brick wall

2. Choose an app through the windows defender firewall

3. Scroll down and find MS teams. Check all the boxes

4. Click ok
