Just need the usual mouse functions when tap on the screen. Like "Press Button Down" as long as I tap. How can I fix this ?

Yes, it works on 8.1, at least on my surface pro 3.

Couldn't do a screenshot cause can't get to Snipping tool while keyboard is up, so I did a "step recording". See attached. Pardon the background, it's my Granddaughter! Cheers! *Cool

 

multi-touch problem

I upgraded my Windows 8 Acer laptop to Windows 10. Everything is OK but for the multi-touch. It used to work well with Windows 8 but now I can only do single-touch. I contacted to Acer team but they told me they don’t support multi-touch in Windows
10. Reinstalling drivers from Acer website didn’t make any difference.

Course, your Surface is built for that, this HP monitor is labeled 'Limited Touch Support' so, I'm hoping...
