Windows 10: Hi there,I need help with my asus tuf gaming FX505DT Please please please

I have a problem,my asus tuf gaming FX505DT randomly crashes in excess of 20-30 times a day,sfc finds no problems.However it doesn't crash while playing games,generally when on desktop or browsing the net,also if I am watching movies its fine.Please can someone help,if I had hair I would pull it out.My system specs are:AMD Ryzen7 3750H with Radeon Vega mobile gfx/Nvidia GTX1650/16GB ram/250GB ssd and 5TB external HDD.Here is the error message from event viewer:A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013. The SSPI client process is msteamsup

Please help, im new to everything about RAM and i want to upgrade my ASUS TUF FX505DT to 8GB or even 12 GB
currently i have a single channel ram 4GB, is it okay to buy a single 8GB RAM and install it alongside the 4GB RAM? making up a total of 12GB? or it is mandatory that it has to be the same size? like 4x4 8x8 16x16? also is brand an issue?, please help.
