    Hi, We have been charged $26.40 on our credit card and we are trying to work out which account this is linked to. We are a business and have many accounts. We thought we changed them all over, but may have missed one. The charge is MSFT E0300OLAZX ref 74773883221000000484669

    Deleting a credit card

    If you are unable to remove the credit cards you've listed under Payments & Billing, try updating your payment method by following the steps indicated on this

    . If that didn't work, kindly retry removing your credit cards after 1-3 days.

    Marketplace Credit Card

    I am having the same problem, the suggested solution does not work. When I attempt to purchase an app through Marketplace I am told that there is no credit card on file for me. When I add a credit card through the phone, I get the same message. When I try
    to add the same credit card again, I am told that this card is already on file for me and cannot be added. My credit cards are listed as payment options on billing.microsoft.com.



    I find this hugely frustrating as I am unable to purchase anything through Marketplace, and am considering switching to a different provider if this issue cannot be resolved.

    credit card details already exist

    Two things you can do.



    • Visit commerce.microsoft.com and then head over to the billing section. Remove any credit card details that may exist and make the card section completely empty. Then head to windowsphone.com and then try to buy the app and it will prompt you to enter fresh
      credit card details.
    • If the previous step did not work, don't waste time on online research or forums as this is a billing/account related issue. Straight away, head over to gethelp.live.com, start a chat with a billing person and they will take care of this.
