Hi - when I press Shift + 2 I get " symbol but in live in the UK and I want the@ - how can I change it? how can I change my keyboard? I have done everything but it will not do it?

shift + 2 not working

I'm not talking about the @ symbol and that I'm using a UK keyboard
I can't press shift + 2 like when playing a game and I press the 2 button to change the weapon while sprinting with the shift key it won't work I tried to change the keyboard and using the touch keyboard and it' still doesn't work how do I fix it?

Hi, I have converted to Windows 10 and I cannot get the UK pound sign when I press the key I get # (shift+pound sign). Also the 'at' symbol is switched I get " pressing (shift+@) and I have to press (shift+") to get @....

Now I have checked and I am using the UK English keyboard, been through all the settings and definitely using UK keyboard so I am stumped and any help would be appreciated. I can cope with the " and the @ switch but it is very awkward not being able to get
the pound sign.

Using a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse.
