Windows 10: hi why I get error 0x80073CF6 when updating my phone link desktop app ?

I have a new desktop and all my other app are working and have being install correctly except for my phone link app, it starts to update but just when its about to reach the 100% down it just changes to error and it gives code 0x80073CF6

when I try and update apps in the store they seem to download fine, then when installing them I get an error 0x80073CF6. Most of the apps that need to be updated are Microsoft apps, so uninstalling them and reinstalling them is not an option.

The app is greyed out in the list so uninstalling the app does not work...

The error code: 0x80073CF6 that you are seeing after performing the steps provided by
Joe Men may be caused by some issues with the Windows Store cache. Let us go ahead and reset it by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button.
• In the Search box, type WSReset.exe.
• Once the program comes up, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
• The Windows Store will open and you should get a confirmation message saying
  “The cache has for the Store was cleared. You can now browse the Store for apps.”
