Windows 10: Hi.

I am experiencing a blue screen moment with a "Stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_ EXCEPTION" and the it say that what has failed is "mfeaack.sys".I would appreciate some assistance as it restarts then operates normally for a minutes and the says that my device has an issue againthis occasionally happens because it doesn't operate at all sometimes . I have tried multiple time. Please help.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
