Windows 10: Hi,

Hi,My laptop is a Hp elitebook 1030 G4...It had battery issues so i had the battery replaced, on putting on the system it showed a POST error message and suggested i press enter to continue, which I did.The laptop restarted but was stuck on the initial startup screen the one with HP logo for hours with the error message B1Initialize_library_failed written at the top of the screen.After that I restarted the system again and this time it went into a bsod loop with Process1_initialization_failed error message.Please advise.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
