Windows 10: Hi

My mouse is not showing up on the screen and ive tried everything from using the F6 key to following youtube videos on how to get it back and nothing seems to work. Also when i go to device manager the mouse and pointer is not showing up. I need some help please. I've got a lot of school work to type

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
