Windows 10: Hi

I have a problem with the sound I can't install the driver, i have Alcatel 2in 1 plus,i just installed the windows and the sound don't working ,the windows update and the device manager doesn't find it,I was searching for the driver I found it but the icon is still with the x sign,help please !! Thanks

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
