I HAVE A DELL INSPIRON 15 3000 SERIES LAPTOP WITH 4GB INSTALLED RAM AND 1 TB STORAGE AND INTEL CORE I3 PROCESSOR. I USE TO RUN WINDOWS 10 ON IT , BUT THE PROBLEM IS IT LAGS MY APPS AND PROGRAMS OPEN SO SLOW AND I CAN'T AFFORD TO INSTALL ADDITIONAL RAM OR SSD ON IT , BUT I WANT IT TO RUN SMOOTHLY SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
