Windows 10: Hi

It's been a while that I can't play the game Sniper Fury on windows, it's been almost 1 month that I can't enter, it says an error Error: glnc_2502_401_. I can enter on another laptop but not on mine, I tried everything, all the steps but it doesn't work nothing, I have contacted Costumer Care but they did close my case, please do something because I play the game almost for 4 years, hope you solve my problem.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
