Windows 10: hibernate return goes direct to "incorrect password" windows 10

Discus and support hibernate return goes direct to "incorrect password" windows 10 in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; Today when I came out of my usual hibernate mode the system went straight to a screen with password incorrect, even though I had not entered anything....     hibernate return goes direct to "incorrect password" windows 10


    Today when I came out of my usual hibernate mode the system went straight to a screen with password incorrect, even though I had not entered anything. hitting enter did only refreshed that screen and did not allow me to enter a password. If i hit closedown then again it generally will get me to the password screen. Why? No updates overnight.

    Hi, I bought a windows 10 PC lately and I use my Password to start the PC with no problems but when it goes in to hibernate it looks for the password to open and the same password will not open it says password incorrect I have checked with the eye and
    the password I'm using is correct. When I shut it down and restart I can log in fine from start up it's just when after hibernate the problem occurs. Can you help me please.

    One possible reason why your system keeps hibernating or goes to sleep is because of the power plan settings of your computer. To assist you with your concern regarding your PC hibernating, we recommend that you reconfigure the power plan settings by following
    the steps below:

    • Type Display on Cortana's search field and press
      Enter.
    • Select Power & sleep.
    • Under the Sleep option, click the drop down menu to set the number of minutes/hours you would like your PC to sleep/hibernate. We suggest that you select
      Never if you do not want you system to hibernate.
    • Close all windows for the changes to take effect.

    The Password is Incorrect

    I have tried login in to my computer on Windows 10 but it shows password is incorrect. I have followed the steps indicated but it is still showing that the password is incorrect. Please advise.
