Windows 10: Hibernate Windows 11 Pro,?

Where is the option to Hibernate my Windows 11 Pro, build 22631.3880, computer? I have Typed powercfg /hibernate on in the Admin Windows Command Processor and have tried other suggested procedures. However, I am still unable to find Power and Battery > Additional Options where the Hibernate option is suppose to be found. Windows 11 Pro blue screens after resuming from suspend or hibernate - every time.

I purchased the computer on Amazon (via sjcomputers) and it came with Win 11 PRO installed. It just arrived and set it up yesterday and found the problem.

• The PC is inspected, tested, and refurbished, as necessary to be fully functional according to Amazon Renewed standards.
  

I opened a support ticket with them and they had me do a memory check which came back fine.

I hate to send it back because everything else seems to work fine so far.

Any other suggestions? Sleep/hibernate not working is a showstopper.

I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if for any power components change status.

• Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type troubleshooting and select the top most search result.
• Click on View All from the left side panel of the window.
• Select Power from the options, click on Advanced option and check Apply repairs automatically option.
• Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.
• Check for the missing/corrupted power component status of the troubleshooter, close the window and check if the issue is resolved.
