Windows 10: Hibernation being disabled (perhaps by Windows Update)

Discus and support Hibernation being disabled (perhaps by Windows Update) in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; The hibefil.sys doesn't delete itself, nor does Windows delete it normally.     Just reporting back that I have tried the steps in that post, but the Hiberfil.sys has once again disappeared.

    The Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant hasn't come back into Programs and Features yet though, so it's perhaps something before that in the process. If I look in Settings, it says it's tried to install the Feature Update to 1709 again but it needs me to Fix Issues.

    On extra thing I did was to Reset Windows Update (as per Shawn's Tutorial) which perhaps was a mistake as it perhaps made it start again with the 1709 Feature Update.
