    Dear Microsoft Support,My name is Davide Consiglio, and I am writing to you regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Windows system, specifically concerning hibernation management.After putting the computer into hibernation as confirmed by the SleepStudy report located at C:\Windows\System32\sleeptstudy-report.html, it immediately wakes up with minimal input from the keyboard or mouse, behaving as if it were in sleep mode S3. Upon waking, the system prompts for a password, whereas previously, in hibernation mode, this did not occur.Steps I have already taken:Verified and restored Windo

    Double Tap doesn`t work on Lumia 620

    Hello,

    Double Tap to wake doesn`t work at my Lumia 620. I have all on in settings but still doesn`t work. I`m pretty sure that in update AMBER or BLACK this function works properly. But after DENIM update doesn`t. Maybe you are planning some update for this future
    ?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    S4 (hibernation) USB/network wake up

    Hi,

    I have this annoying problem. When my computer enters the S4 powerstate (hibernation) I can wake it up by just clicking with the mouse. Even when EuP is enabled the mouse can still wake up the computer. After a night of sleep I find the computer powered on. So not only can the mouse wake up the system, it also seems that network traffic can too.

    I thought that hibernation was like power off but with the option to save the RAM to disk. At least before I always need to push the power button to boot after hibernation.

    Any suggestions?
