Windows 10: hibernation locked hard drive after hard cable disconnect problem

peace, i just bought new WDC 4TB hard Disk, everything run OK until i turn on PC from hibernation, after that the partition icon from my new disk appeared with no space on "my computer" and my computer was loading trying to load partition with no success, i tried to format disk from disk management and i got i/o error message, when i tried chkdsk v: /x /f /r the remaining time was ETA: 999:00:00 !!!!!!!!, i can access my hard drive normally from Ubuntu but with no right to write or delete files, and i can't format it from Gparted.... etc, i got i/o error messages when i try this, I'm sure the

Overclock your hard drive!!!

Heres a much easier hack that I realized quite a few years ago that really does work!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hard drive with molex power connection.
• PSU with more than 1 strand that has molex plugs on it.
• Wire strippers, soldering iron if you're fancy, electrical tape if you're not.

STEPS:

• Take the strand of connectors from your PSU, and decide which one will be the donator for this overclocking adventure.
• Cut the yellow and orange cables, then twist them together.
• Find the power connector you've chosen as the overclocking connector, and release the orange cable from the connector. Now use your preferred method to bind them together, then place it back together.
• Plug in a drive and feel the speed!

Congratulations! You've just overclocked your hard drive!

 

Hard drive error

Hi,

This issue could be due to corrupted system file(s), faulty Hard disk drive or
no power to the drive. We would like to know some information to better isolate the issue:

• Have you done any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
• Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting hard drive's SATA cable and power cable?
• Have you tried running CHKDSK command? CHKDSK command scans disk for errors.
  
• What type of disk drive are you using?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
