Windows 10: hid 12c driver lenovo thinkpad 5 error

I recently bought a new Lenovo Think pad 5 from Costco and the Touch pad continuously has errors and becomes unusable. i uninstalled the Hid12c driver under the device manger and it works for a while but always in the end the touch pad become inoperable This laptop is 2 months old nd i didn't down loading crazy. i factory reset and the problem still persists. it is a touch screen but i know it isnt on tablet mode. It would be much appreciated for an answer since i really like my laptop and would hate po replace it

Touch screen unresponsive - 12C HID driver error- Code 10

Hello,

I believe my touch screen has been rendered unresponsive due to an error in the 12C HID drivers. I have gone through all the traditional trouble shooting processes such has uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, searching for driver updates, and setting
BIOS to default. The actual trouble shooting search engine retrieves no results or solutions. Could someone please provide any support for this solution?

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 910 13 ikb glass with windows 10.

 

12C HID Driver

Hi, so I've tried updating, troubleshooting, and eve wiping my tablet, but the 12C Driver still won't update properly. The troubleshooter says that the driver won't turn on. What can I do? The touchscreen won't work at all, which is kind of the point of
a tablet. I didn't have this problem until recently, and I've had the tablet for around 3 months.
