Windows 10: “HID Advanced Sensor Collection” browser bugs

Hello,I'm experiencing a problem when using external monitors with my laptop Asus B7 flip. When I connect one or more external monitors—either directly via HDMI or through different docking stations—animations in web browsers stop working if the laptop is tilted or positioned in any way other than flat and upright for example, placed keyboard-down with the screen facing forward. On some websites, certain controls even disappear. Additionally, keyboard shortcuts like Shift + Enter, and Ctrl + Shift stop functioning properly.This issue occurs in all browsers: Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera.

“HID Advanced Sensor Collection” cannot start. (Code 10), in Device Manager, Sensor

Hello,



In "Device Manager", under "Sensor", I can see the following problem:

“HID Advanced Sensor Collection”, This device cannot start. (Code 10). The process hosting the driver for this device has terminated.



Recently the auto-rotation option of my HP Spectre x360 Convertible stopped working. I guess the two things are related.

Any idea on how to solve this issue, please?

 

HID sensor collection V2 no feature report

I have developed a sensor collection driver.

During the initialization phase, it is normal for the window to obtain device descriptors and hid report descriptors. In the device manager, it is also displayed that the ' sensor collection V2 is working properly' .

But the window has never sent me a feature report to get the status of the sensor.

I don't know what's going on here. Can someone help me? Thanks.

 

HID sensor collection error in device manager

my hp envy x360 does not rotate when in tent mode, and i am seeing this HID sensor collection v2 error when i open my device manager. Any solution.

I am running Windows 10 on my laptop.
