  1. HID-Compliant headset and audio issues.

I really need help. I booted up my PC, and it bluescreened. Already being out of patience, I stupidly hit the reset button and it restarted. After the restart, my audio has been completely messed up.

I use Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 and I tried the troubleshooter, and it said that there was an issue with the Audio service not being able to restart or something. I set the login to local, and it allowed me to start the service but I still can't hear anything. I uninstalled all audio drivers that I had installed, and they reinstalled but still nothing. I tried the troubleshooter again, and it tells me that the audio services restarted but are not responding. I tried doing src /scannow and it did it's thing but still nothing, even after a restart.

The headphones come with their own software which is running but it isn't detecting the headphones. When I try and play around with audio settings in the sound panel, not much happens. The test button doesn't work and says that the sound failed to play. Also when I try to open reliability monitor, it gives me an error and refuses to open. I have been having other problems over time such as random freezes every now and then but this is much worse. I don't know what to do about it either.

    :)

  2. HID Compliant mouse problems

Since the Creators update when I restart my PC the mouse moves to the top of the screen. It just moves on its own power. I have to unplug both my G35 headset and my X52 HOTAS from there I have to go to Device Manager and remove the 2 HID compliant mouses. Then I can plug them both back in and everything works ok. I also have a Logitech Wireless mouse that shows in the Device Manager and I leave that one running. I hope this gets fixed soon. It's a pain in the *** to have to go through this after every restart. I downloaded the latest Logitech drivers but they were no help. I really don't understand why I get 2 separate HID compliant mouses as well as the Logitech mouse in the Device Manager. Any suggestions?

HID compliant headset crashing causing windows to freeze

The HID-compliant headset driver is crashing usually while im gaming and causing my screen to go black and not registering any input. This link is people having a similiar problem but none of the fixes listed worked for me.

    Windows freezing/restarting, HID-compliant headset problem

I even tried resetting windows but the crashes are still happening.

This is whats shown in the event viewer:

The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem.

This error also appears just before the crash in the event viewer:

The RasMan service depends on the SstpSvc service which failed to start because of the following error:

    The operation completed successfully.

    driver for hid touchscreen compliant

Unfortunately , for the last several months all the suggestions listed I have tried. The realization is that the hid compliant touchscreen is not there anymore under the human interface devices or any where else. Which means there should be a driver
for firmware that actually downloads to someone's computer to get the touchscreen back. which is what is needed you. I followed the directions and the hid compliant touchscreen disappeared. My question is if there is software, firmware, driver or what
ever that can be directly sent to download to my computer to get hid compliant touchscreen back to the device manager.
