    HID-compliant touchscreen greyed out


    HP Elitebook touchscreen stopped workingok so a couple of hours ago i was just using my computer drawing on an app using the touchscreen and all of a sudden it stopped working. i have been following steps to try and sort this for a while, for a bit i couldnt find the driver in the device manager but ive turned on show hidden drivers and its there, its just greyed out. there is no option to enable it, and when i go to its properties it says code 45 and that its disconnected. fully no idea what happened or why it stopped working. i was literally just sat using it in the same way i always do and
