Windows 10: Hidden keyboard language

I use W10 64bit. When I use the keyboard, I see three different keyboard layouts, i.e. three different languages. I want do delete one of them. However, when I open settings/time and language/language all I see is only 2 layouts. The one that I wish to delete is not shown. Where is it hiding? How to find it and get rid of it?

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
• Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
• Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.

Language/Keyboard default

You can try these steps to set up your preferred defaults:

• Go to Settings and click Time & Language.
• Click Region & Language.
• Click on your default system language then, click Options.
• Click Add a keyboard then choose your preferred keyboard language.
• Remove the other keyboard language by choosing it then click Remove.

Typing language problem

Why is Use language list only showing UK, and not US as another option in view of the steps I have taken to install it and put it at the top of my list? What is the' language bar', referred to? I don't think I have ever seen it, or am not recognising it if I had. And why is Keyboard shown as English UK when Settings is opened?
